Please note that shipping times are an estimate, and that we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances. You will always receive a track & trace link once the order has been shipped from our premises in Ghent.
Can I return Surgi-Tec Medical implants?
Goods can only be returned if the packaging is completely undamaged.
Please forward a return request together with a photo of the packaging and the reason of return to info@surgi-tec.com if you wish to return goods.
We will let you know if the goods can be returned.
How does Surgi-Tec proceed with a return?
If you receive permission from us to return the goods, you are responsible for sending the goods to Surgi-Tec. Please clearly indicate your contact details on the shipment.
As soon as Surgi-Tec receives the undamaged products, the amount will be credited and refunded.
